DW Home Fresh Pine Candle Trio | Blogmas 2014

It's time for yet another candle post. Pine scented candles are my favourite in the winter because they smell fresh yet extremely Christmassy.

I love the fact that the candle holders are like a chalkboard so you can draw your own designs on them. I also think the black chalkboard design looks great without any designs.

Archipelago Island Candle | Blogmas 2014

This is actually more of a summer scent but I love it anyway. It's mainly fruity but has a strong coconut scent to it aswell. I normally don't like coconutty scents but it isn't too overwhelming. I love the jam jar packaging, it's a really nice size, not too bulky yet stylish.

Christmassy Top Coats | Blogmas 2014

For some reason, glittery top coats really put me in a festive mood. These are my two favorites :)

Nails Inc.- Ives Street
This is a blue and yellow shimmery top coat with an iridescent glitter in the background. I love this top coat because it's subtle yet a statement because the blue and yellow glitter is slightly fluorescent.

Barry M- Christmas Tree
I've spoken about this before but I love this! It is mainly green and silver glitter but with stars and pink sparkles. It's pretty high coverage aswell so you don't just get the random bit of glitter on your nail.

TBS Jingle Gels Sleigh | Christmas Gift Guide | Blogmas 2014

This is part of the new Christmas collection from TBS and it's so cute! It's a sleigh design with the four shower gels with Santa hats on.
This contains four travel sized shower gels in mango, strawberry, magnolia and satsuma. I've never tried magnolia before but all the others are my favourites. All of the bottles are a perfect size, 60 ml so they are great to travel with.
I love the typography on the top and I think the colour combinations are really Christmassy yet subtle and not overwhelming.

Revlon Colourburst Laquer Balms | Blogmas 2014

I am extremely late on joining this trend but I'm so glad I did, this is probably my most favourite lip product at the moment!
I love the texture, it's not sticky but it's still extremely glossy. The colour selection is also amazing, I have 105 Demure which is a relatively natural pink toned nude shade.

Overall, I love this product and I think it's incredible for the price!

Wintery Lipstick Shades | Blogmas 2014

The first of my favourites is the Ted Baker lip crayon that comes in the 'Girl With The Beautiful Face' gift set available from Boots. This is normally out of my comfort zone but recently I've tried to be braver with my colour choices. It's a cool toned dark purple shade which when balanced with a darker eyebrow, looks really nice.

The next favourite is the famous Rimmel Kate Moss in 107. This is a warmer toned red with a satin finish. I still can't work out if it suits me but still it's a very nice creamy formula that is easy to work with.

The last of my favourites is the L'Oreal Colour Riche in 237 Sienna. I mentioned this in my Affordable Nude Lipstick post because this is my favourite Autumn nude. It's the classic nude but with a darker undertone.

Barry M Nail Polish Haul | Blogmas 2014

Yesterday while I was in Superdrug, I spotted that Barry M had a new Christmas collection so of course I went to check it out. I picked up one from the new collection and four others that I liked the look of.

This one is part of the new Christmas collection. It's called 'Christmas Tree' and its a high coverage glitter polish which can be worn on its own or on top of a polish. It's mainly green based but with pink flecks running through it. The colour choices really resemble the look of a Christmas tree on your nails.

The next one is a Gelly Hi-Shine polish in Grapefruit. This is a really bright pink/ coral shade that would really be perfect in the summertime.
The next one I got is called Plum. It's a dark purple shade which is the perfect autumn/winter shade. It is a little out of my comfort zone in terms of the darkness but I'm happy to try something new :)

This was one of the shades that I've been most intrigued to try for a while because I've seen so many people talk about it. The colour is really interesting, a cool toned light purple which is nice all year round.

The final one that I got was Blue Grape. This is an bright electric blue which is more suitable for summer/spring but I love it anyway.

Revlon Colourstay Foundation Review | Blogmas 2014

This is one of my favourite foundations, it's really full coverage without looking cakey. I have the oily/combination version and in the shade 220 Natural Beige. This formulation is great but however, it clings to some of the dry patches on my face.

This drys really matte so I never use powder which leaves it feeling quite lightweight and comfortable. The colour selection is also pretty good, I managed to find a shade that matched me pretty easily.

Overall I really like this foundation, it definitely one of my favourites!

ELF Little Black Beauty Book- Warm Edition | Blogmas 2014

Today I wanted to talk about this phenomanal little palette by ELF. It has the widest range of different rich warm neutrals varying from matte to metallic. There is also the occasional bright colour in this palette too which is useful every once in a while.

The pigmentation is probably one of the best I have ever seen for an affordable brand (along with KIKO). And all the shadows are extremely smooth to blend and apply. There are many different tones (gold, bronze, pinks etc) involved in this palette making it very versatile. One of my favorite shades is the bright blue/turquoise. It is so intensely pigmented!

The packaging quality obviously isn't going to be the best of quality but for 48 shadows alone, £8.00 really isn't very expensive for the loveliness of all the shadows. It also has a pretty big mirror which I find almost essential for travelling with.

John Lewis Frosted Pine Candle | Blogmas 2014

This is one of my favourite Christmas candles. It's one of the most Christmassy  scents that I know of, it smells really authentic and not of chemicals which is always good!

It says that it burns for 15 hours but I think it burns a little longer ( I had this last year and it lasted me throughout the whole winter time).
Finally I love the packaging style. Two glass containers with gel in between them with different bits of wintery forest plants. Once the candle has finished burning, it can be used as a statement tea light holder.

KIKO MAKEUP HAUL | Blogmas 2014

Recently, I've been hearing a lot about the makeup brand Kiko and I was desperate to try some products from there. These were the things I ordered.

Colour Shock Long Lasting Eyeshadow- 104 Snappy Brass

OH MY GOD. I literally saw this and freaked out because it was the last one and the colour is so me. It is a very metallic bronze-brassy shade that is so pretty built up and as a wash over the lids. The bleandability is incredible, it glides so smoothly and seamlessly. The long wear is amazing aswel, I have been wearing this for 8 hours a day and it is still as perfect as when I put it on the morning.

Velvet Stick Blush- 04 Cadillac Pink

Another gorgeous product. The pigmentation, bleandability and longwear is amazing and it's really easy to use. The packaging isn't as sleek as the eyeshadow but it's very fun and colourful.

Water Eyeshadow- 208

This is one of the most pigmented shadows I've ever tried. Recently, I've been wearing gold shades a lot more as I think it suits me most. These can be used wet or dry for extra pigmentation.

Automatic Precision Eyeliner and Lipliners - 716 and 502

I really like the concept of these pencils, a twist up pencil with a smudger on the ends. The pigment is very nice aswell. I've also noticed that the packaging is very similar to Mac.

Eye tech Look Eyeshadow Pigment Pen- 104

This is an extremely weird but easy to use product. At the end there is a pigment which you press the built in applicator into. This isn't the best pigment but I love the ease of use that comes with this product.

Kiss Balm- 103 Pink Grapefruit

This smells amazing and moisturises very well. It's not very pigmented but that is expected from a tinted lipbalm. The packaging is great, it's the same colour of the product so it is easy to find.

Street Fashion Eyeshadow Palette- 04 Distinctive Riff

The packaging for this feels a little plasticy but the ombré design on the front is nice. The big highlight shade is my favourite, it's so pigmented! I would never really use the green shadow but nevertheless it's still very pigmented. The rose toned shadow is gorgeous, it has gold undertones aswell.

Fierce Spirit Eyes Brush

This was on sale from an old collection so I'm not sure if you can still get it but it is gorgeous. On one end there is a this brush that I would use for eyeliner and on the other there is a stiff eyeshadow brush which I would use for packing on pigment shadows.
